KAP. Kundalini Activation Process (VIRTUAL)

What you'll need to be prepared:

1.  Good Wifi.

2.  ZOOM downloaded on your laptop / tablet or phone.

3.  Speaker or wireless headphones connected to the device running zoom (speaker recommended).

4.  Yoga mat or blanket on floor.

5.  The camera on your device should be positioned so we can see your whole body ((VERY IMPORTANT!)).

How this works:

1.  The ZOOM link will be sent the day before class to everyone who registers.

2.  Position your yoga mat and webcam at least 5 minutes beforehand.

3.  Sign in to ZOOM at least a few minutes early - we will START at 7pm.

4.  Greetings and brief introduction.

5.  You lay down, we start music and the transmission.

6.  Closing share.
